Showers, tubs, and layouts
Tub-to-shower conversions, curbless walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, and double vanities. We can reconfigure the layout to gain space without moving exterior walls.

The work behind the tile
Membrane waterproofing behind the tile, a proper slope to the drain, exhaust fans vented outside, and optional heated floors. This is the part that decides how long a bathroom lasts, so we do not cut corners on it.

Older-home plumbing, handled
Galvanized supply lines, past renovations that were done badly, and low water pressure are common in older Toronto homes. We update the plumbing and electrical to current code as part of the renovation.
